What data does Viklia collect?

Meal photos you choose to log, the nutrition entries derived from them, and your hunger and satiety ratings. See our Privacy Policy for details.

How do I delete my data or my account?

Email support@ptahworks.com from the address linked to your account. Account deletion will also be available inside the app.

How do I manage or cancel a subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID: Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions.

Is Viklia a medical product?

No. Viklia is not a medical device and does not replace professional care. If you’re struggling, please reach out to a healthcare professional.
