Not by shouting louder than everyone else, but by doing a few things properly: helping a person understand themselves, make good decisions every day and enjoy the simple things — food, movement, rest.
We’re named after Ptah, the Egyptian god of craftsmen, architects and creators. In the old stories he made the world by thinking it up and saying it out loud. That’s how we like to work.

Nutritionist and fitness coach. Built Zozhnik, an evidence-based health media, and has run it since 2012. Author of three books on nutrition.

Co-founder & CMO
Leads growth, brand and design. Grew a health media brand’s Instagram community from 3K to 160K+ followers organically in under two years, and launched a book that sold 7,000+ copies.

PTAH LLC was founded in 2026 in Margilan, Uzbekistan. Resident of IT Park Uzbekistan. Two founders, one product in development, the next on the workbench.
