Viklia — AI nutrition diary

An innovative nutrition diary designed for people living with symptoms of eating disorders — and for anyone whose relationship with food is complicated.

How it works

  1. Take a photo of your meal.
  2. Viklia recognizes the dish and breaks it into ingredients — oil and sauces included.
  3. Every ingredient is looked up in a full nutrition database: calories, protein, fat, carbs, fibre, vitamins and minerals.
  4. Adjust the weight of any ingredient — everything recalculates instantly.

One photo — and the dish is decomposed into ingredients, each with its own numbers.

Photo recognition gets you most of the way; one tap fixes the rest.

What makes it different

  • Ingredients, not guesses. A dish is decomposed into what it’s made of, and each part is looked up in a verified database (USDA and national composition tables).
  • Fibre counts. Most trackers ignore it. Viklia accounts for it across every food.
  • You stay in control. Photo recognition gets you 90% of the way; one tap fixes the rest.
  • Not just what, but how. Viklia tracks hunger and satiety and lets you add a note to every meal — so over time the diary shows patterns, not just numbers.

The day at a glance: meals, totals, and how far along the day’s ranges are.

Not just what you eat, but how it feels — so patterns become visible over time.
